Our Agency seeks a proven insurance producer. Candidate must have track record of new business sales success as well as high retention percentages. We are seeking a dynamic individual, whose immediate responsibility is new business production (P/C or Benefits).

Further responsibilities include:

• creation of an agency-wide sales culture

• expansion of sales territory

• recruiting of additional producers
